Even Abu Mazen has come out to condemn the crime, moreso calling on all armed affiliated groups to leave Salahuddin governorate.

After Kadhimi's attendance to the funeral this morning, he ordered the deployment of an Armored force to Salahuddin and a reorganization of the security sectors.
Asaib's operations commander for Brigade 41 PMU responded to the allegations by stating that their post was attacked and besieged by ISIS 2 nights ago at 11pm local time which is why one of their fighters was killed.

Worth noting in this thread that ISIS did wind up claiming the attack against PMF in Sayyed Ghraib area which coincides with the Hashd statement about a post being surrounded and 1 Asaib fighter being killed.
