Boogaloos hate cops and want to kill them. They show up armed at a police station to intimidate them. Chief of police 1) puts snipers on the rooftop just in case, and 2) brings them chocolate milk and a free PA system so they can express their hate that much louder.
Message sent to protesters who hate cops: just come at us armed and we'll kiss your hiney and bring you the beverage of your choice.
To address some of the comments, while there is some overlap between military and Boogaloo, there is none between cops and Boogs.
