AlertSome youths are trying to deface the true intentions of this protest. They blocked the only accessible portion of the a major road and were extorting car owners of their money. They were not even carrying a cardboard or anything to show

That they're for this cause Mehn! one of them saw me while trying to take a picture and alerted the rest. The next thing I saw was punches all over my face by the right even while seated in the bus with my niece on my lap.

I would have included pictures in this thread but they were demanding I give them my phone and to delete the pictures while throwing punches at me. This incident took place at Owode-Elede, Ikorodu Road.I would have been brutally beaten if not for the passengers that were pleading

And two among them that recognized me because I grew up in that area. Is it because this protest is leaders that some people would be out of control? How can we separate the shafts? How can we curb these thieves? Are this people not hijacking our agitation for a better Nigeria?
