i am seeing all my kids & grandkids today.
the ex too. the awkward scale will be off the charts.
thank goodness for recreational weed.

at 18 you don't think you'll ever be in a situation like this. or 30-50.
I see many of you reflect on turning this age & that age.
having kids. getting married. going through a divorce.
someone close leaving this plane

wishes & regrets are the same thing. they just happen at different times.
so many times you will find out things you thought, things so awful, they kept you quiet-were true.
you weren't paranoid.

and I know this. if they don't talk behind your back, they don't care.
it's great when you know what it is about.

and there's am in-law, i have never met. we're both Vietnam Era Marines. I am non-combat. of course, the common webs of our families is alcoholism.
I am a non practicing alcoholic.

and Catholic. AA is Mass without the Consecration.
