Another boss demanded I video conference with him at the end of the day to discuss how I was failing him. I waited about 3hours after work at my desk, tearfully messaging production staff, asking them if they knew where he went.

Turns out he had gone out for dinner and drinks, and when he came back, it was nearly 9pm. He drunkenly yelled at me on video for about ten minutes, and then hung up.

My very FIRST boss lied to me, when we were brought to HQ in another city for an important meeting. My team & I had travelled a ways & were going to be staying in town for a week. He told me us we should be prepared to head straight home after, implying we were about to get fired

The meeting was actually the first of many training meetings that were set up for the week. Because he never trained us, and his bosses knew, so they wanted to give us the support we needed
