Can’t say I understand a state not allowing a team to play/practice with modifications at this point with the testing being done. It seems hard for me to believe that athletes getting tested 3-4 times a week are spreading the virus outside their own populations. https://twitter.com/geoffgrammer/status/1317300824381419520
Like, the life of a college athlete right now is online class, workouts at the facility, often grab-and-go food from the facility, back home to roommates likely on your team. If you’re getting tested every other day, hard to believe someone’s passing it all around the community.
The two different arguments against sports are:

1. Adding risk to the athletes
2. Adding risk to the community

With the testing being done, hard for me to buy that they are adding real risk to the community. And the athlete risk hasn’t changed. Make it work.
