I got like 12 things on the burner right now. But my team has my back and my belly is full.

Feelin it just a bit but I keep in mind it's always temporary.
We do things healthy so when we have to step in on some hard style shit we got the stretch.

We can do that 12 day or juggle 10 things for a while. Its never permanent.
Our philosophy is that if there's more than 4 hours of work to do a day, that you don't do more work you bring someone forward to take on the load.

Does this sometimes mean you gotta so like 6 months of 8 hours days? Yep.
Force multiplication must be the order of the day. Skills need to travel. Expertise and wisdom need to travel.

Those things come from doing.

So our mandate is to train up our replacements from the moment we take a new position.
But training takes time. This isn't the bourgeois military. We are turning out empowered, driven, thoughtful operators. Class Warriors, not clueless running dogs.

This takes communion, shared labor and a shared sense of dignity. These must be forged.
So you train up a couple. You put in those longer days, and when you're job is done you've got peers.

We can all go back to those 4 hour days again.
But through it all we take great pains to keep each other charged up and considered. To make sure we are eating and sleeping and that we know someone gives a fuck.
Its all about the culture, your collective thoughts about how you should engage with the work you do and how that is translated into real concrete action.
