My first week at Blizzard - it was a REALLY weird week. I was transitioning from Console to MMOs. I was walking into my dream job. All the people I knew were BIG NAMES. Like Owen, Ion, and Dave.
And then I got put into the "small" quest office. (There are two.)
And then I got put into the "small" quest office. (There are two.)
Note - I knew people - they did NOT know me. I was that red head girl that got DOUBLE takes from people who were like "WAIT she doesn& #39;t belong here!"
So it was WEIRD. And I struggled. I was used to 7 years with people who knew me. And suddenly they didn& #39;t.

And there were two people in my office who were super funny and chatty and CLEARLY friends. They LOVED each other, enjoyed each other& #39;s company, and clearly had a rapport. And I was "outside" of that.
Until suddenly I wasn& #39;t. They just rolled me in.

It was like - one day I went from "The new person sitting over there." to "Oh, she GETS it, let& #39;s share all the funny shit!"
And that was the tipping point. I went from "outsider" to "one of the team."

So today is a blend of joy and sadness as both of these people, who I love very much, leave and go off to SUPER COOL NEW ADVENTURES. And I will miss them with every beat of my heart. @EvilDCrab and @CallMeQuestifer - I will miss you every day.
I will do my very best to live up to your example. Building clever funny stuff that people love. And having the puns that make people GROAN SO HARD it hurts.
I love you both so much. You& #39;re the best and you& #39;ll always be my friends.

Also - if you like anything I made in WoW, thank @CallMeQuestifer - I learned so much from her, and even more, so so much of her stuff is super well made and EASY to learn from which is an underrated quality.
