From the DSS website: Here are all the payments on cards. Including FTB, bereavement allowance stillborn allowance, ab/austudy, and ALL 'advances' go 100% on the card.

Even OAP is about to head into CDC legislation of the first time if the current bill passes Senate. LNP are rushing an inquiry. This 'limit' on the roll out of OAP is only in the summary, its *not* reflected in the actual writing of the bill itself.
