The hardest part is noticing what you have accomplished. Look at the small positives in life even when it feels like the world is upside down. Feeling guilty that you can’t spend all the time in the world with Flynn every day is valid. It does not mean u are a bad person

Flynn loves you and when he is older will understand everything you do for him. Don’t beat urself up for it because you are doing what is best at the end of the day. If you are in bed at night beating yourself up please talk to someone. It’s not worth lying there by yourself.

Call a friend, talk to Erik, come on twitter (that’s dodgy but if u have no one else) talking to someone is better than bottling up your emotions. It really sucks that you have to go through what u are and I’m really sorry that u have to deal with all this. I love you endlessly
