I have a personal project idea for building apps, for now, I just aim for web apps first considering my knowledge still limited to a web app development

I have an idea to make an app or web page you may say that allows users to input their food or beverage recipe.

I called this app "Family Recipe", which describe the purpose of this app, I want people that have a family recipe for documenting their family recipe

So their family recipe could be a Legacy for the next generation of their family, or even they could share the recipe with their friends as a reference.

Let's jump to the step I already took after I had this Idea last night

1. I already write down a sketch design of the apps/web page I want to make
2. I already write down the workflow of the apps
3. I already write all the component needed in the apps /web page

Now let's jump to the problem I encounter with the project idea I have.

1. I still have no idea if my apps really need javascript or not, If yes, I have no idea in which part javascript involved in my apps

2. I still have no idea if I need any javascript library or not. If yes, which library do you think the most convenient to use?

3. I absolutely need hosting services for this project, but since this is a personal project, non-commercial, and I'm broke, I don't know which is the best "free" hosting services for this project yet

This is the temporary step and problem I have right now for this project, I will be updating this project progress every day in this thread, and post the project to my Github Repositories.
