Okay... Remember that thread I said I& #39;ll make about needing donations? Well here it is. Strap in, because it& #39;s probably gonna be long, and I need to do my best to phrase it without giving any private info about myself or my family. So... Here goes. (1)
First off, to those who know me, you know that I work as a writer and a video game critic on YouTube. I& #39;m also working on my very own video game, but as I& #39;m working on it alone, it might take YEARS to finish. I am married, and I have a newborn baby that is a few days old. (2)
I live in Southeast Asia, but I& #39;m an Arab. For visa related reasons, I am not allowed a "Normal" job here, so this is literally the only thing I could do for a living. Writing, developing, and making vids. But here& #39;s the problem. My PC isn& #39;t working properly anymore. (3)
In normal circumstances, that wouldn& #39;t be that big of an issue, but as things are right now, I NEED that PC for my work. I can& #39;t do anything without it. I need it for all 3 jobs that I& #39;m doing right now, but I can& #39;t afford fixing it or buying new parts. This is a huge problem (4)
Not only will this affect me financially, but it will also affect my mentality. This PC is the only source of recreation and entertainment I have in the middle of nowhere, and during this pandemic, with all the mental illnesses I have, I cannot afford losing this PC. (5)
Another reason I can& #39;t find a "Normal" job is my mental illnesses. I have been diagnosed with depression, paranoia, and PTSD, and I cannot afford medication or professional help for any of them. You can imagine what losing my PC during a pandemic would do to my brain. (6)
And recently, our water pump broke down as well, and we don& #39;t really have indoor plumbing where I live, so the only way to get more water is to go to the river and get bucket-fulls of water. That is definitely not fun for a germaphobe like myself. I NEED running water. (7)
Before I move on, I do wanna point out the privileges that I have. My wife and I own our own house, and we thankfully have enough food on our farm to not starve. But that& #39;s about it. I can& #39;t afford fixing the pump, I can& #39;t afford to fix my PC, and I can& #39;t go back to working. (8)
That& #39;s not even mentioning the fact that we don& #39;t live in a country with universal healthcare, which means if any of us get sick, we will need to pay a LOT of money. Heck, we paid all our life savings (and then some) on the hospital bills for our baby& #39;s delivery. (9)
And that& #39;s not mentioning the 2 months worth of pat we need to renew my visa every 2 years because I& #39;m not allowed a permanent visa where I live (even though I am married to a citizen, and my child is a citizen). And I can& #39;t go back to my own country for many reasons. (10)
Which is a shame, because I really miss my family. I haven& #39;t seen them in over 10 years, and it would mean the world to me if I could see them just once before it& #39;s too late. Anyway, these are not all of my problems, but they are a big chunk of them, and I truly need help. (11)
I live in a country that GoFundMe doesn& #39;t support, so I can& #39;t start a GFM campaign. But I do have a Patreon, Ko-Fi, and PayPal Me. Anything you could donate would make all the difference. $10 might not be a lot for some, but for us where I live, it& #39;s groceries for a week. (12)

I truly hate the fact that I need to beg like this, but I genuinely have no other options. I NEED help. I truly do. So please. No matter what kind of help you can give, I appreciate it more than you think. As soon as I fix my PC, I& #39;ll be able to make a lot more videos. (14)
And I have a plan for Patreon subscribers that& #39;s gonna be a lot of fun, so look forward to that. I am very thankful that my wife has a laptop that can be used for editing and recording, and my PC can work for like 2 hours before heating up to 100 degrees. (15)
So I can try to make a few simple videos until it& #39;s fixed, but I can& #39;t reliably make content with these circumstances. So please. If you can, do whatever you can. I need medication. I need to fix our pump. I need to fix my PC. Please. I need your help so much. Thank you. (16)
