. @McDonalds so I’m pretty pissed about the response from your team about the damage that happened to my car while at one of your stores.

A couple of weeks ago, I was getting some food in the drive thru for my kiddos, when the gutter collapsed on the roof spilling all sorts of god forsaken stuff all over my car while sitting with the window open. 2/
The staff was excellent. They even offered to clean my car, but it’s not their job. Nevertheless the damage was done. 3/
After I cleaned it, the paint was stained and interior was damaged/stained as well. 4/
When I wrote into corporate requesting that their insurance would cover paint work and detail, they said they would have the right people reach out and handle this. 5/
Instead I got a letter saying he would follow up with the team to address this issue and gave me ONE FREE MEAL. 6/
Hey. Not the team’s fault. Great customer service. It was building integrity and I don’t want a free meal. I want the car to be repaired as a result of a faulty location. What if something serious happened and something fell off that actually injured me or my girls? 7/
Would you relent and give me 2 free meals? I expect to hear from someone ASAP. Please do not send me canned language. Do not try to buy me off with a meal card. Do better. @McDonalds 8/
