Knowing the significant revenue impacts on traditional sports from COVID (see: Stars furloughing their employees), and watching a lot of good OWL players being let to go to Free Agency, I wonder how much of that is because there's a significant need to reduce roster $

I mean, I don't doubt that the best of the best like Danteh will get picked up. But like, the Titans 2.0 actually did a pretty impressive job with what they were given, and three of them weren't extended.

Will they get new spots with that experience able to command more $?

Or will that same experience actually be a negative if teams are being forced to tighten spending as they head into 2021.

Especially since we don't know if Homestands will be possible next year, too.

I suspect we may see more T2 talent picked up than usual just because of budget reasons.

(This isn't to say that T2 players don't deserve a shot at the big show, but...)
