McGrath reminded Kentucky voters that Trump ran on "draining the swamp" and on creating a "beautiful" healthcare system that would take care of everyone, for less money than Obamacare.

McGrath then thoroughly explained how McConnell is the very embodiment of the swamp, and how he has done everything in his power to take healthcare away from Kentuckians.
