I ordered two books from an indie at the end of May. One of the books shipped pretty quickly. The other still hasn’t shown up. I’ve emailed definitely once, possibly twice. I’ve tweeted them. And I have not gotten any acknowledgement.

It’s not even a hard to find book! It’s a traditionally published mass market romance! I just! Want to be acknowledged! (I emailed at the end of August, by the way)

I kind of don’t know what else to do at this point? I could try calling, but I don’t know how many employees are physically at the store because, you know. COVID.

If anyone has IDEAS for where to go from here, please let me know. I’ve been patient but it’s also been 5 months and I can’t get a response.
