So I’ve spent the last few days researching protests and I have some suggestions to make #EndSARS
more effective.

The Federal Government is not feeling this enough because we’re not strategic enough. Buhari hosted the President of Senegal in this same Abuja that we’ve been protesting and had dinner with him. We’ve not made the Government uncomfortable enough.
Now suggestion: instead of disrupting the lives of citizens and the supply chain for food and services. Attention should be focused on government institutions and buildings. Government lodges and state houses.
In Abuja for example, on the day of Plenary, we block all three entrances and exits of the National Assembly, essentially locking in all Senators and House of Reps members. This likely even blocks the Presidents motorcade out of the villa. Thus causing discomfort
Next target. Government revenue. For the FG to answer us. They need to lose money, and we know the money is oil. Nigeria makes most of its money abroad. Stop her from selling oil and they’ll negotiate.
Finally, when a demand is met, we stop protesting. This shows we are willing to discuss. But when small time elapses and no result, we multiply the protest. Now we’re being taken as a serious force for reckoning.
Anyways, these are just suggestions, I just noticed during protests when good meaning citizens are terribly affected, they’ll even be the ones to chase us home. Like it happened in Egypt.
Hopefully we can find the best way to strategically #EndSARS
for good
