The narrow, residential roads being reopened had some of the highest traffic volumes pre-LTN: Ennersdale 3.25 million cars/year & Leahurst 2.2 million.

This is a massive step backwards.

This is not a low-traffic neighbourhood. This a no man’s land - reopening these roads just creates new rat runs by 2 primaries and takes away any incentive to switch to walking/cycling. Back to square one.
