Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It's here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain't lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw ( http://instagram.com/Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw) but I'm calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove ( http://instagram.com/allthingsonelove).
On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I'm dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy.
I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I'm actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude.
My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut... *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it...
Why I chose THIS to start my day...

Yooo, you can't be serious! Like it's Friday. It' supposed to be easier on a Friday!
3.) S/O to the homie for his tip of meditating FIRST thing in the morning. 💪🏾 My fellow  brother-in-Multiple-Sclerosis sent me a video of the late, great Black Mamba, aka Kobe Bryant, speaking on meditation. KOBE said he meditated first FIRST thing.
Before everything else, he set his mind, settled his thoughts and balanced himself. I USED to do that before I started the gig. Today, I did. Before yoga, tea, holler'ing at kids to wake up, breakfast, blogging, ANYTHING, I put in a solid 10min of meditation.
Shhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiid... (A King did brush his teeth. 😑 #Married) I literally felt blazed. I needed that. I appreciated that. I wanted that. I deserved that calmness to start my day.
It was a wave that I rode into my work-from-home shift and daaaaaawg... the computers jacked up all the entire AM half. GUESS who was cool beans? Guess who didn't flip out with concern about paydates, time missed, notes, etc.? ME!
Thank GAWD I'm all relaxed up. *shoulders gigging* I'm good BABY.
2.) Passed my course exams. 3 left. *exhales* WHEW! 6hrs, fresh off the clock, one man, one chair, 2 screens (like a GAH DAMN GAMER), kids doing what KIDS do... I did it. Passed BOTH. Huh? How many times did it take me? *playing with fingernails* Mind yo BIDness PLAYA.
I got done all you need to know. 18hrs left but I'm looking at it as 3 classes instead. I need my mental space to view these courses as "chunks" so the work doesn't feel sooooo much. And, yes. Yes sir, I learned that skill as a teacher.
Chunking assignments for students so the instruction is absorbed efficiently. *tapping forehead* I'm working smarter, NOT harder. S/O to my MOMMA on that one!
1.) http://blogpros.com  🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 A few months ago, I accepted a free trial of the service. It aims to increase your website/blog/sales/whatever traffic. I gave it a whirl and wasn't impressed.
That is, until approximately 3 weeks later. 😛 That's when it became OBVIOUS my writing hadn't improved THAT much. My numbers were almost triple the normal visits and clicks!
I rolled with it and paid for another month but the pandemic hit, I couldn't work, everybody struggling, blah blah blah. Fast forward bout 8 months, I'm working and with my FIRST check, I reached out to the company.
