I do think Jack from Twitter makes a good-faith effort to consider a wide range of views. The problem is that they're fundamentally in an impossible position. Every constituency is never going to be satisfied. The problem is ultimately that they wield too much unilateral power
If you watched those Congressional hearings from 2018, you'll recall that Jack and others were held personally responsible for enabling historic "election interference." Those claims were always overwrought, but imagine that being drilled into your head constantly for years
Twitter should still obviously be criticized for making specific bad decisions, but the ultimate blame lies with a political and media class which demanded Twitter seize authority to even make these decisions in the first place -- they were the scapegoats for post-2016 trauma
