@ICICIBank_Care on of my friend Mom’s mobile number is updated in her account also n someone else’s account by name of Ronak Shah. She keeps receiving SMSes about his bank records.
Due to this she is unable to do mobile banking or demat services attached to her account

Because moment she puts her mobile number by default ICICI bank app pulls up Ronak Shah’s details instead of her details

Around 2 years ago she complained in liberty garden branch which is her account’s home branch. They said they will resolve it, but seems to no avail.

During this lockdown when she wants to use bank mobile services or demat services, she is unable to. She has spoke to customer care too bt no help received. So since you have read this thread, hope you have the audacity to help the lady.
