These academics have consistently been mad dishonest with statistics to push anti-Black ass narratives. They said 6% of Black women vs. 13% of Black men voted for Trump in 2016 according to exit polling data. This is true. What they left out is that 7% difference was 90 votes.

These dishonest ass framings want to
pretend that the blame for white supremacist voting systems between white supremacist candidates lies with poor Black people disempowered by systemic racism and not the white supremacists voted in and kept in power by other white supremacists.

It’s become entirely too profitable to blame Black people for white supremacy and scapegoat us as the reasons white supremacy continues to protect itself. That shit is anti-Black, historically inaccurate and intellectually dishonest... but it pays well to say.

You got folks blaming Black folks for the crime bills, for killer cops not being arrested (when laws are structured for them to kill us with impunity), and Blue Checks telling us that if Trump wins it’s “what we deserve.”

None of this shit is on us, quit tryna put it there.
