list of reasons why it's harmful to be a nonsbian of any kindddd since lesbians need to keep repeating ourselvesssss

1. the lesbian manifesto was written to include us in feminism and the suffrage movement! it was written to make our het sisters see us as women. by removing the inherent womanhood from lesbianism you are actively doing what lesphobes did and still do to us for our sexuality

2. the only reason that nonbinary people would have been included in lesbianism historically was because they were seen as women! seen as their agab! like they weren't seen as nonbinary and so were included in a space for women. this has always been misgendering.

3. using the "disconnect from womanhood" bs is so harmful because Literally So Many lesbians experience that. it's called internalized misogyny and realize Promoting that shit is literally damaging and traumatizing to people. i am living proof that it will traumatize people.

4. by not using trixic/feminamoric you're making it harder for trixics and feminamorics to know those labels exist. most nblw would probably rather identify with these labels instead of binary labels that could trigger dysphoria. they won't be known unless you make them.

5. you are changing the definition of lesbian just to fit you! please realize how selfish this is! it's Always been "a homosexual woman," not a "nonman who likes nonmen." most lesbians don't fit that definition.

6. referring to lesbians/women as nonmen is like... really misogynistic! weird. it's weird. we're not not-men, we're women... i know people will be like "oh same thing" but lol it's really not

7. nonbinary isn't a third gender you're right but it's also not either of the 2... like saying "lesbians like anyone but men" is WRONG because we like women? as well as many people focus on nonbinary people not being men when like... they're not women either...

8. that's another thing-- breaking us down to our Lack of Attraction to Men is so fucking weird can you stop doing that? lesbians aren't a lack of servitude to men and it's really upsetting to see people treat us like we are. we're not "peak feminism" we're women who love women.

9. pronouns = gender like sorry but won't Ever refer to my partner as a he. because everyone will think i'm talking about a boy? because that's how pronouns work? maybe in Your head they're not gendered but um surprise! it's not all about you and the rest of society genders them

10. nonsbian rep has literally overshadowed lesbian rep in our community please just don't do this. please. we've said it so many times and we've explained it so much and i don't know how many of our voices you need to make sore just to finally make you understand
