hi! my mental health has been better lately, i am able to get out of bed, study, take care of my hygiene properly and eat— things my mental health prevented me to do. so, to keep being healthy mentally and physically (cont.)
i challenged myself to be productive everyday with a healthy schedule. i’ll be doing a thread and updating everyday to motivate myself cause i’m a person who will try hard to achieve the goal if things are being documented (if that makes sense.) if you’d like, you can (cont.)
