2) 3.050 million shares in the float. Fido grabbed 859k and Baron got 150k. Putnam has another 125k. Assume these are out of the float. So 1.916m left in float. That’s not a lot to go around if retail has an affinity for this stuff. Is it going into ETFs? Almost certainly...
3) Risk management is everything in Event-Driven. I focus on pushing the odds in my favor and not getting hurt when it doesn’t pan out. Anyway, I grabbed a few this week. I have a stop at $41. Risking $4 to see what happens, cause over $50 and there’s likely fireworks...
