The second time that I got pregnant, I became bigger a lot faster than my first pregnancy. I was told it was because my body had been stretched out before.. unlike the first time, where my body was kind of resisting the growth a little bit more. A lot of my friends say the same!
But ultimately, the weight gain was pretty close with both pregnancies. With the first one, I gained steadily throughout. Haha but with the second I was already weighing what I did FULL-TERM the first time around only halfway through

My first pregnant belly was high and my second was low!
My belly button never popped the first time around, but it absolutely bulged out with my second. It was extremely sensitive to me

Let me know if I should continue talking about pregnancy details hehe
I sadly did not get spoiled with a pregnancy pillow for sleeping so the second pregnancy in particular was really hard on my hips and my back

I was on my feet throughout both pregnancies since I worked in deli and a coffee shop. It was typical of me to bump into everything and everyone since I was squeezing through tight spaces with a massive tummy!
With my first pregnancy I checked into the hospital at 3am and delivered at night. The second time I went into labor, I took my time going to the hospital because I didnāt want to chill in the hospital bed for so long.
My mother and my childrenās dad BEGGED ME to go to the hospital but I didnāt want to or felt like I needed to

By doing this, I definitely alarmed some people...

At the hospital, all you can have is broth (vegetable broth for me), ice chips, and maaaaybe some crackers, so I wanted to indulge in a decaf latte and snack a little before I gave up and checked in.
People have told me that I was ALL belly with both pregnancies! Iām petite and I have never been curvy so that wasnāt surprising! It was fun to shock people with my belly though because you could not tell from behind haha
My water stayed intact both times.

No, I didnāt get stretch marks on my tummy! The first time I got pregnant, I did get some on my upper thighs. The second time around, I think I just got them on my boobs and above my belly button. I love stretch marks! They remind me of what my body has accomplished.
