The letter is addressed to Schumer and McConnell but organizers said its also meant for Biden.
“It's not addressed to Biden, but there's an understanding that he’d be in charge and be the person making nominations,” said Grijalva

Some Democrats, including some progressives, are frustrated that this is happening before Biden has even won.
But the letter is the latest sign that the divisions within the party didn’t disappear. They fighting is just on hold while they unite against Trump.
