If ur overwhelmed and ur head is spinning bc there are so many ways to trade or ur struggling, here are a few basic rules to narrow ur focus and ur mindset bc we all get into trouble when there are too many options....
1. Trade strong trending stocks
2. Trade stocks with over 1MM avg volume
3. Only look for long trades
4. Make sure the Daily trend, hourly trend, and 10 min trend all say same thing.
5. Pick 5-8 key stocks and get to know how they behave day in and day out.

In other words, limit urself. Reduce ur options. Stop chasing what others are making money on bc you will always be late to a trade u don’t know. Narrow ur focus and own it so when u know, u know. Just do ONE thing.
