My favourite Janey Godley sketch is when she absolutely rips into Nicola Sturgeon's record of tax cuts and centralisation of power and exposes her mendacity in then blaming every spending cut on "Westminster" rather than her own decisions. All in a hilarious dialect.

Or that one about the "wee wumman wi' her bairn" traipsing round Scotland from Livingston to Glasgow to Edinburgh trying to find a children's hospital service that's actually being run properly - or at all. "Little France? It's mair like the Marie Celeste hen!" How we roared.

Then there was that really dark one, set in an old folks' home, with mass confusion over PPE ("Hoy, these masks are shite like!") and the heart-rending scene at the end when the workers had to barricade themselves in and the relatives out ("No Frank. Seriously. Get the door.").
