Early suspension of classes in March 2020 due to COVID19 prompted students and parents to ask for a refund of school fees.

Students also asked for accountability and transparency of the many fees still being collected.

Students were given a roundabout by the school administration.

By June more than 500 students and some parents (out of 2000) sent emails to the St. Paul Tuguegarao administration indicating 5 student demands.

No response from school administration.

Selected students were instructed to write an Incident Report of their involvement in the Mass Email Campaign.

10 students were refused admission by the school due to their alleged involvement in the Mass Email Campaign.

Students and parents sought the help of CHED for a dialogue.

CHED claimed issue of transparency, accountability and the violation of the right to freedom of expression is internal. No dialogue. -end of thread
