I loved MIUI the most. Never cared for hardware specs. But in past few years the way MIUI has been handled by @XiaomiIndia @manukumarjain with just concentration on new products , it has become the most pathetic os to use. I can understand bugs and their fixing timelines contd...
But why the hell there is no proper information for regular support/updates to the devices you release. Same type of ram optimisation for a 2gb ram model and a 8gb model. You cant even think about the pain those users go through with each new update hampering the usage experience
..... Announcment and launches for pure marketing purpose keep happening and when it comes to release , no one at top level actually has any words to speak. All are just silent like they never announced anything. Why to run Pilot groups if you dont have any conclusive plan ....
To release updates.100 of models with 100 of rom and that too totally messed up. Why company cannot accept that they are failing on part of software. Why Mi Comunity , Mi Video , Mi Browser got banned. Why so much drama over security app clean master. Just because .....
No one for once even cared when users were crying about all these issues much before ban. Being a software company , what you did? Nothing. Just because lakhs of users don& #39;t care about what crap os you are giving them , you keep on ignoring and only eyed for sales. ....
Every new year just a new version for MIUI launches with just some animations and old features with new labels that too dont work as expected. The quality testing team is totally useless. No one cared to answer why Redmi 3S ,Redmi note 5 , Max series suffered so much .
I hope @XiaomiIndia @manukumarjain take a note of it and atleast from this point start fixing things with MIUI as fast as they can. Else the way things happening , no wonder a good hardware with poor os support will lead you down to bottom one day.
I never thought I will ever be moving out of MIUI ,waited a lot but seeing noting happening ,there was no option left.
I for once thought of going for Mi10T instead of Pixel 4a but then the experience Mi 10 , Redmi K20 series users have had with the software optimisation though having a marvelous hardware , i dropped my guards. A user who is spending money needs a peace of mind while using device
Do not forget , Nokia lead the market one time , but they ignored the users demand for Android. After that Samsung stayed top but they again ignored the software experience and you got the chance to be number 1. History is repeating. Wake up before its late
