The current Dutch government approach has clear features of what is denounced in the memo, but the changes obscure that fact. It is necessary that an accurate text replaces the deleted one, signatories are informed and insight is offered about who produced the defective text.

To update this thread, the editors of the Dutch text say it was machine-translated and then edited for readability, yet this doesn't explain absences and shifts of emphasis, editorial changes. A new translation is now being reviewed. (Below as compared by @edwinveldhuizen)

Further addition: a few members of the Dutch outbreak management team (who are vocally in support of the lax policy that has given us the current scale second wave) have signed the memorandum when it was still online in the compromised version.
