The only thing manufactory did was scare me from taking huge investments I can’t pay back. GIVE ME MY FRESH SOURDOUGH OR RYE WITH JAM AND RICOTTA! PCP has their menu on lock! Triniti (RIP) on lock! Now my choices are croissants or a burger!? What is this!?
All jokes aside. This is most likely due to the pandemic and I understand the survival mindset of offering something to create more margins. I’m excited to see what food programs look like in LA coffee in a year. Burgers are an easy stepping stone into a better food program.
