I have done continuous meditation for more than 450 days now
. That is ~400 hours of meditation.
Here's what i have learnt.

Here's what i have learnt.

Start small. Like really small. 5 mins before going to sleep for first 7 days helped me get into a streak.
Read daily. 5 pages of print that resonates and leaves you inspired. I do it at the start of my day before my journaling.
Journal. Again start very small. Maybe 50 words or 100. My friend @jennykim writes down any nugget of wisdom that comes up in day-to-day conversations.
Learn from nature. Here's @dagreen77 showing how we can bring learning from Covid to our lives. https://dangreenwald.com/2020/07/15/project-regrowth/
Meditation is kinda self-centered. Make sure you go out and interact with the world.
Make it fun. Here's my friend @reddy2go showing how breathing can be fun.

Be kind. You can do at least one act of kindness everyday. Here's @krrish_sos with his 457th consecutive act of kindness. Krrish is 11 years old and has already touched thousand lives.
Use a meditation app to track your progress. @bl_peace Black Lotus helped me develop and track my streak while its kindness platform inspired me to go out and do acts of kindness.
Meditation grows on you. It is easy to fall off the bandwagon but if you stick to it, it gives you both time and space. Decide it's working for you only after you have tried it for 40 days.
