why Tobey Maguire is the best live action adaptation of Spidey

(btw i'm doing this based on each movie)
Spider-Man 1

in Spider-Man 1 we see Uncle Ben die because of Peter's selfishness. Peter acknowledges that and knew he could've saved him if he was responsible. once he finally becomes Spider-Man, he finally knows what Uncle Ben means: use your great power to do good things
i also feel like Tobey nailed the awkward and cringiness of Peter Parker. a lot of people criticize Tobey's acting in the Raimi series, yet he was supposed to be cringe because Peter Parker is a socially awkward and cringe person
when Peter finally gains his powers, he feels so powerful that he wants to prove to everyone that he's a cool person. so he then wins a wrestling match yet the moderator cheated and didn't give him his money. Peter could've stopped the robber, yet didn't
in conclusion, Spider-Man 1 taught us that your selfishness can lead to bad things. when you help people, good things will come your way. be selfless, not selfish
Spider-Man 2

in Spider-Man 2 we see Peter develop problems as Peter Parker. he gets fired from his pizza job, he's falling behind his classes, can't pay the rent on time, missed MJ's performance, his boss is rude, and Harry is mad at him because he takes pictures of Spider-Man
he developed all these problems because he's Spider-Man, which leads him to become depressed. in fact, he's so depressed that he ends up losing his powers, which eventually makes him quit the mantle of Spider-Man.

and this image was a comic reference to 'Spider-Man No More'
it showcased Peter's personal problems like in the comics. and Raimi showed that Spider-Man is human just like all of us, who have personal problems and emotions.
once Peter quits, he goes back to his daily life as Peter Parker. during that time, he was able to regain his confidence by saving a little girl from a fire, without his powers. this regained his confidence and he regained his powers back
in conclusion, Spider-Man 2 taught us that we can overcome challenges and rise back up. because we each have a responsibility to do the right thing and not give up
Spider-Man 3

in Spider-Man 3 we see Peter bond with an alien life form known as the Symbiote. Peter decides to keep it and thinks he can do more good with it, since the Symbiote gave him enhanced abilities
little did he know that the Symbiote was leading him to a destructive life style. it made him more aggressive and more of a jerk. he was starting to forget about responsibility. the Symbiote was slowly turning him evil
Peter realizes this after he got physical with Mary Jane. he was starting to become a selfish and arrogant person, who cared for nothing except for himself. he tries to get it off and battles with his inner demons
he was successful in getting it off, but the Symbiote created another monster: Venom. Venom then teams up with Sandman to take down Spider-Man after Peter got Eddie fired from his job. Peter battles but is having a really hard time beating the two
Harry then arrives and teams up with Peter. he was able to forgive Peter and realized he didn't kill his father. then Venom uses Harry's own glider to impale him. Harry died as a selfless person who was able to forgive
Peter was able to forgive Sandman after he realized the man who robbed the moderator didn't kill his Uncle. Flint pulled the trigger by accident. Peter then acknowledges his mistakes because he was doing terrible things when he bonded with the Symbiote
in conclusion, Spider-Man 3 taught us we will always have inner demons, and we sometimes need to forgive and not continue hating, because it won't do anything. despite the film's many flaws, it was able to get it's message across
so why do i say Raimi's the best live action adaptation? because it taught many life lessons and knew how to handle things well from the comics, unlike recent adaptations. Tobey Maguire will always be my Spider-Man ❤️🕷️
