This might be an unpopular opinion, I don& #39;t really know, but sometimes I think as creators, we tell ourselves a goal is "out of our control" because it helps us feel better about not achieving the goal we set.

We have more control than we give ourselves credit for. A thread.
While we cannot force anyone to watch/follow/sub to us, and wouldn& #39;t DREAM of it, we DO have control over our content, and need to be able to criticize ourselves, and find where we can improve. If something isn& #39;t working, we need to be able to acknowledge that. (cont)
As I said, we don& #39;t have power over others and ultimately viewers/followers/subs will do so of their own volition, but if you notice you aren& #39;t seeing growth or traction, take some time to sit down and figure out what is or isn& #39;t working. It& #39;s difficult, but necessary. (cont)
We are in an industry that is ever changing, trends develop and disappear, and we are always growing. It& #39;s a lot to take in, but we need to be open to it all.

We are quick to make excuses for ourselves, but don& #39;t sell yourself short—I& #39;m guilty of that too but we& #39;ve got this. https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🎉" title="Partyknaller" aria-label="Emoji: Partyknaller">
