So about this and the Lekki Toll protests.
I think it's clear that we all don't have the same motives. As such, it's important that we create an accountability system where we consciously observe and weed out those who are badly behaved.

1. I was groped in the morning. I got there before my friends & was alone for a bit, so "easy prey" I guess.
2. Some guys attacked @Fauxtobi because he stood up for me when they threatened to "carry me" because I didn't greet them. They also had a gun and an axe...

They also hit @JojoYad while she tried to break up the fight.
3. Not less than 30 minutes after the last incident, another man touched me and and said"fine girl how far" when I asked him not to touch me, he got aggressive with me. It took the intervention of @tayoisrogue, @Fauxtobi @JojoYad and other protesters for him to back off.
@Headphoneslaw, @SunMoonTMT and Tosan also stepped in and escalated the issue with security, yet he remained belligerent and disrespectful, even in tendering his half-assed apology.
Today was heartbreaking to say the least. My friends were brutalised & I was harassed not by the police but by fellow "protesters".
I made up my mind not to tweet about these incidents because it's bad PR for us but @Fauxtobi could have been killed & that would've been worse.

Also to note that security officers were saturated at the barricade. There was literally not a single one of them where the second occured and it was a kind gentleman in a red shirt who diffused the situation.
Anyway I'm home and okay-ish save for some trauma and three broken nails.
