Seeing a lot of people sharing the Makio Document on Kapolar, so let me share my two cents on it

A majority of the thread is hogwash. The document claims that the mesh takes from a "future UGC accessory", even though the person that "future accessory" is the same person that made Kapolar's hair. The mesh was not taken from anyone.

Kapolar even showed pictures of the hair's development to prove that it was original.

As for the texture...

The texture seen on the accessory was, indeed, taken from Google Images. However, this is not unusual, as many accessories, including tarabyte's Recycled Boba Fete and various Roblox hats, also use Google images.

It's not an uncommon practice, and striking these items down just because they use Google Images may set a dangerous precedent.

With all of this said... the accessory has the full right to stay on the UGC catalog, as long as Roblox does not apply a policy to prevent creators from using Google Images in their textures... which would be a very difficult policy to enforce.

Felt I should put all of this information out there, since a lot of people are sharing her expose thread now. I’ve approached Makio with this information in the UGC Discord many times, but she won’t acknowledge it and continues to brag about how the tweet gave her all this clout.
