If our front toss doesn’t transfer to performance, it might have more to do with the intentions brought into front toss, and less to do with front toss itself.

If we can criticize the potential dangers of front toss and not the potential dangers of velo machine...

Maybe we’re failing to see the whole picture...maybe we’re choosing to only see a piece of the whole.

Each is a tool that carries its own utility. An all or nothing approach presents the world as black and white, and fails to see the grey in between.

It is definitely possible to be progressive while still respecting the utility of tradition...

But choosing to ignore the wisdom of an entire generation seems like a funny game to play.
