As attractive as it may be to assign a #value - i.e. a #price - to people's data, lasting #trust comes as much from a confidence in (shared) #values as it does in a notional #FairReturn for any, or even every, #transaction.
Also, it's impossible to calculate " #FairValue" until you know *what's been done with the data*. You can't go selling NHS patients' medical histories 'by the pound'!
