I don’t think people realize how saddening this is. A group of 10 people are ACTIVELY looking to suppress the voice of 20k socis. This is the democracy socios take pride in? I thought the club was above all individuals, including Messi. Heartbreaking what they’ve done. https://twitter.com/sujoy_pritam/status/1316674621345685505
Some strong reports also claiming they’ve already signed the Goldman Sachs deal that would condition the club economically for the next 30 years with a preposterous 1.2 Billion deal, without the approval of the assembly.

BARCA ARE BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY A GROUP OF CRIMINALS
Barca have are slowly but surely losing everything. Values, morals, prosperity, democracy & soon viability. They’ll sell the stadium (probably already have) just like they sold the shirt to Qatar. No hope on & off the pitch. And soon without Messi to paper over the cracks. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Many Barca fans that are allowing this do it because they’ve been taught that a true Barca fan loves the club unconditionally. If you criticise Bartomeu you’re going against the club. And that is unacceptable. (Hence why Messi is seen as the enemy by some now).
1) That is false. And funny how Laporta didn’t get that privilege as President

2) Being a Barca fan is putting whatever hate or personal feeling aside for the good of the club. Socis’ hate for Laporta/Pep/Cruyff has driven the club into the hands of Rosell/Bartomeu.
I’ll put in simpler terms. If both Rosell & Laporta showed up for the presidency in March, who do you think would win? Rosell & by a landslide. And that’s the problem with this club, the media teaches its fans to hate on the people that helped the club.
I mean Xavi who gave his whole life to this club is being called a coward & toxic. Pep & Puyol are Masia thieves that don’t love the club. Cruyff a toxic show off. Valdes is forgotten. Messi a bad captain for speaking out.

Everyone is bad. Everyone except Barto. Oh well
Messi has allowed Barca to stop looking up to Madrid, but actually right in its face. Now imagine if the socis didn’t force Rosell/Barto onto him for 11 years. Imagine if he had 20+ years of Laporta. That’s the real tragedy.
We’re talking about a guy that’ll retire with 40+ titles. Most of them the result of the strong Cruyffista project that Laporta put in place but also due to his greatness. But still, what a damn shame.
Btw some don’t understand why Leo is happy with so little in Argentina, unlike at Barca. There it’s all he’s got. Golden generations don’t grow on trees. But Barca was a well-oiled machine that should’ve kept going. Look at Bayern, that could’ve been us. And Leo knows that.
