And this is what happened @HondaCarIndia and I’m hoping it opens your eyes and ears to understand “WHY” you are losing the market share.
So last month, we went to book the new city’s steel grey colour, manual drive, ZX model. Wanted to get the car on our anniversary date, that was yesterday @14th October. While collecting the car from Prime Honda, Patparganj, we realised that this was a display model.
My husband had been clear about not getting the display car since last month and even after that, at full value we were handed over a car which was full of scratches and dirt.
So we asked for cancelling the car or replace and the team apparently harassed us to take it or get the dirt and parts changed for it was in warranty.
Now, when u buy a new car at full value, why would you get things changed or cleaned. From 11am to 4pm we kept asking the team for a resolution and the sales manger kept giving us responses to not blow up the issue and take the car for his job was at stake and these things happen
We filed a FIR against the people for we said we won’t take this damaged scratched car and they harassed it that if a stone or tree falls on this, they don’t take the authority from here on.
So here is to everyone who is planning to buy a car. Please think before you say a yes to @HondaCarIndia for the experience will torcher you to an extend that they ruin your whole car buying understanding. Cc @Honda
