Our supplementary files include:
full qualitative description of each injury event
report on MRI findings
details on time to return to
a selection of injury images
a selection of injury videos

Sub-optimal tackle technique was often implicated in the injury mechanism. The (probable) injury event occurs at 2-3 seconds into this video-clip.
We are very lucky that @IrishResearch are funding an Employment-Based Postgraduate project to address this issue. The @leinsterrugby Contact Skills Coach - Hugh Hogan is the recipient. We have a nice collaboration with @CiaranSimms and symbiotic project with @FionaWilsonf
I welcome a direct replication of our systematic video analysis in other cohorts of professional rugby union players. It is important to evaluate the robustness of our findings considering we only used data from 1 team across multiple seasons. Directed message me if interested.
