especially in the vtubing comm, ppl r always like “oh i can’t draw and i can’t sing, idk what i can do” — but that’s not necessary to begin with!! +

streaming is about bringing ur personality to the table, whatever that might be — i’ve legitimately watched my favorite streamer rank their favorite kitchen appliances (very seriously) on stream for 40+ minutes and loved every second of it. its all about ur Vibe! dont force it! +

being genuine and building a community will get you a long way. you might not be able to do art streams or karaoke streams with as much confidence as a professional artist or a trained singer, but that’s, Okay. you have ur niche i promise. and you’ll still make lots of friends!!

i’m not a Big Streamer or anything — ive watched streamers for over a decade & i’ve followed many over to twitch from YT. trust me, you don’t need to be Super Amazing at art or music! you don’t even have to be great at games! it’s rly about humor + personality + persevering!
