One year ago today, the Courage Foundation Panel received testimony from an OPCW official detailing fraud and deception during the organisation's investigation of the alleged chemical weapon attack in Douma, Syria: https://www.couragefound.org/2019/10/opcw-panel-statement/
1) The panel learned many important facts about how information had been suppressed in order to reach 'a preordained conclusion'. The panel included many eminent figures, including the OPCW first Director General Jose Bustani, and has been supported by many more:

4) The panel learned that essential chemistry results were excluded from the Final OPCW FFM report on the Douma attack and that new falsified evidence had been introduced, thus giving the misleading impression that chlorine gas use had been confirmed: https://www.couragefound.org/2019/10/analytical-points-opcw-panel/
5) It was also learned that a report from NATO toxicologists, clearly stating the victims at Douma had not died from chlorine poisoning, was suppressed in the Final Douma Report.
6) The panel also learned that an engineering report contradicting the Final Douma report was suppressed by OPCW management. The report questioned how this cylinder could have caused this extraordinary amount of damage at Location 2
7) And how this cylinder appeared to have performed an amazing sideways bounce to land on a bed
8) The Final Douma report also suppressed the testimony of multiple eye witnesses whose accounts did not support the allegation that an attack had occurred.

This means that scenes at Location 2 were also staged/manipulated. Yet he and the BBC have failed to hand the information over @NikGowing @bbclysedoucet
10) The panel also learned that someone in the OPCW had secretly redacted the original interim report produced by the inspectors who had been to Douma.
