Here is another data chart from the report, which does nothing to help the thesis that rising CO2 levels are driving temperature increases. In fact, it weakens the case. So why are we spending billions of dollars on the basis of such a weakly substantiated theory?

Chart 11 in first tweet in this thread demonstrates a claimed temperature rise of zero to 0.4 degrees over 10 years, with the average around 0.2 degrees. How can we be sure such a small/gradual increase is accurate, & why is it even a problem. We're spending billions for what?
