i used to be the over thinker that convinced themselves of things that weren’t true. i’ve seen the light and healed, but now i’m on the other side of someone else’s overthinking accusations and let me tell you, this sucks.
trying to convince me of some shit .. ABOUT ME..that they overthought themselves into. no matter how many times i say my truth, they’ll always deny it bc they’ve anxiously convinced themselves of something that isn’t true. & i can’t be friends w/ anyone who won’t listen to truth.

affirmations like this but mold it to make sense.
“they didn’t say that.”
“they’re busy.”
“if they have a problem, they’ll say something”
mold it to make sense to you. assuming someone feels something.. did something.. and not trusting what they say creates a lot of problems.
stick to the facts. stick to the reality. stick to what you know and if you don’t know, ask. don’t create something in your mind.
