I sincerely wanna thank my lead n mgr from my first IT project, for their guidance, which till date has proved to be the best mantra and its relevant not just to IT but most life situations too!

Thread 1/n
Just because you are a dev/coder (I started my career as a DB dev), don& #39;t blindly focus on the deliverable when a req is given. Spend sum time and think 4m the client& #39;s pers as to why n how that particular req is going to make things better -> u could play a BA den
Just because you are a BA, you should not blindy take the req from the client and dump it on the Dev team. Have some minimal technical understanding as well, coz you have to play the liaison role and you can do it the best when you understand both sides, to a certain extent.
Just because you are a QA person, don& #39;t hesitate to tell a BA/developer/client what could be a better, rather than simply raising defectshttps://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😅" title="Lächelndes Gesicht mit offenem Mund und Angstschweiß" aria-label="Emoji: Lächelndes Gesicht mit offenem Mund und Angstschweiß">
Just because you are in Prod support, don& #39;t hesitate to give in your 2 cents as well, rather than blindly following the routine https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🤷‍♂️" title="Achselzuckender Mann" aria-label="Emoji: Achselzuckender Mann">https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🤷‍♂️" title="Achselzuckender Mann" aria-label="Emoji: Achselzuckender Mann">
End of the day, collaborate. Don& #39;t limit yourself to a particular area in the whole SDLC process. In my career I played all the roles not out of force but by choice, luckily coming from a non-IT background I wasn& #39;t rigid and worked with some wonderful teams!!
and lately I am into infrastructure mgmt which to me is the backbone of IT and I get to interact with ALL these ppl in the SDLC process and we have some wonderful/fruitful conversations.https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😇" title="Lächelndes Gesicht mit Heiligenschein" aria-label="Emoji: Lächelndes Gesicht mit Heiligenschein">https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😇" title="Lächelndes Gesicht mit Heiligenschein" aria-label="Emoji: Lächelndes Gesicht mit Heiligenschein">
