I‘m always thinking, “I don’t want to work, I hate work, I wish i could never work,” but that isn’t true at all

I, and probably most people on earth, would be happy to work if we knew that work actually benefitted both ourselves and our community
It’s why I always hate whatever job i have. No matter how many times I tell myself, “think of the money, you’re just here to earn money”, it doesn’t change the fact that we give half our life’s worth of labour to improve company profits instead of improving our own communities.
“Are you passionate about your work here? Do you love this company?” Why the fuck would I? Why should I feel energetic about upselling shit for the benefit of a company with rampant wage theft? Why should I give all this time to your success, leaving me feeling empty and tired?
the fact that vacuuming my carpet makes me feel more productive than working a ten hour shift... simple housework feels more fulfilling to my life than an actual job...

I wish I didn’t think about any of this, i just get fucking frustrated that there’s nothing i can do about it
can we just have a revolution already, im so fucking sick of capitalism. I just wanna help grow a community garden and give people stuff for free
