It’s because she tweeted out a screenshot containing an email address. This is a standard Twitter policy that gets regularly enforced across the political spectrum.
It’s a basic rule that applies to everyone. But ok. https://twitter.com/trumpwarroom/status/1316510056591040513

I don’t think Twitter should have blocked the link from being tweeted, but the thing she got locked for is one of the few things that seems consistently enforced.
I think it’s the combination of distributing hacked content plus the private contact info (no clue if that’s accurate contact info or not, but ) that got her account locked. https://twitter.com/yashar/status/1316456656847347712
I’m always careful when sharing anything that contains email addresses, manually blocking them out like here https://twitter.com/parkermolloy/status/1316067173383667722
Yep. There it is.

A couple years back Splinter published an article with Stephen Miller’s phone number in it. Twitter went through locking the accounts of people who tweeted the link. https://slate.com/technology/2018/06/splinter-news-doxed-stephen-miller-and-twitter-had-no-choice-but-to-stop-it.html
I think Twitter’s policy on linking to pages with personal information/hacked material are probably too strict, but their actions here are consistent with their policies.
